Shot Blasting Cleaning Process

Shenlong Chain Drive has upgraded the grinding process in chain production to a shot blasting cleaning process. Compared with traditional manual grinding, this process effectively improves production efficiency and achieves better surface treatment results for chains.

Advanced Heat Treatment Process

The company selects high-quality alloy steel materials and adopts advanced heat treatment methods, which endow chains with excellent mechanical properties. Key characteristics such as strength, wear resistance, and toughness are significantly enhanced.

Vacuum Furnace and Multi-Purpose Furnace Assembly Line Process

The enterprise has replaced some traditional mesh belt furnaces with vacuum furnace assembly lines and multi-purpose furnace assembly lines. This improvement enables more precise temperature control during the chain heat treatment process, thereby enhancing the quality stability of chains.

Special Chain Connection Process

Based on its patent, the company applies a special connection mechanism between the sleeve and pin of roller chains. The mechanism consists of first and second plug-in sleeves connected via insertion rods and slots, which are sleeved with spacers and matched with rubber rings. This design converts the contact friction between the pin and sleeve into friction between the rubber ring and sleeve, effectively reducing wear.

Double-Row Free Roller Chain Manufacturing Process

Shenlong Chain Drive has mastered the technologies related to double-row free roller chains. The chains designed with this process feature high transmission efficiency, low load on shafts and bearings, no slippage, reliable transmission, and strong overload capacity. Additionally, cameras can be used to achieve accurate volume measurement, improving the efficiency and accuracy of logistics processes.

Automatic Precision Feeding Process

The automatic chain assembly machine of Shenlong Chain Drive may adopt feeding cylinders for material conveyance. Through automated feeding, chain links are automatically transported to designated positions. This method replaces traditional manual feeding, ensuring the stability and accuracy of the feeding process while increasing assembly speed.

High-Precision Chain Link Positioning Process

The company’s automatic chain-making equipment is equipped with positioning mechanisms for precise positioning of chain links. These mechanisms ensure that the mounting holes and other key positions of chain links adhere to uniform standards, preventing deviation or misalignment of chain links during assembly. This provides a precise foundation for the subsequent installation of pins and other components, ensuring the overall dimensional accuracy and specification compliance of the chain.

Automatic Pin Insertion Process

On the automatic chain-making machine, pin-inserting cylinders and pin-guiding cylinders work in coordination to complete the pin insertion operation. First, the pin-guiding rod enters the chain link hole; then, the pin-inserting rod inserts the pin into the chain link hole in the mounting slot through the opening. The two cylinders jointly fix the pin, which effectively avoids errors and misalignment when the pin enters the chain link hole, prevents hole-cutting issues, and helps improve the tensile strength of chain links.

Component Linkage Assembly Process

The automatic chain-making machine may also adopt a power cylinder linkage process, enabling simultaneous movement of components in units such as chain plate conveying, chain plate positioning, pin feeding, and pin installation for assembly work. This eliminates the time waste caused by control devices repeatedly receiving and transmitting instructions, greatly shortening assembly time and improving chain production efficiency.
