pointed-tooth chain
pointed-tooth chain
● Pointed-tooth chains comply with international standards such as ISO, ASME/ANSI, DIN, and JIS, and mainly include series like high-grip pointed-tooth chains, wear-resistant pointed-tooth chains, high-temperature resistant pointed-tooth chains, and corrosion-resistant pointed-tooth chains, which can meet the application needs of material conveying scenarios requiring strong traction, anti-slip, and stable grabbing of bulk or irregular materials;
● The chain body is made of high-strength medium-carbon alloy steel, and the pointed teeth are processed by precision forging, integral carburizing and quenching, and surface grinding. Combined with reinforced chain pins and anti-loosening connecting structures, the products feature excellent gripping performance, high tooth tip hardness, and strong tensile resistance. The tooth tip hardness reaches HRC 58-62, the traction force is more than 1.2 times that of ordinary flat-tooth chains, and they can effectively prevent materials from slipping or shifting during conveying;
● The products are widely used in bulk material conveying equipment (e.g., coal conveying chains in thermal power plants, ore grabbing conveyor components in mines), agricultural product processing machinery (e.g., straw bundling machine traction chains, forage grass conveying pointed-tooth chains), and waste treatment equipment (e.g., municipal solid waste sorting conveyor chains, industrial waste grabbing transmission components). They can stably grab and convey materials with poor fluidity or irregular shapes, ensuring efficient and continuous operation of the conveying system.
