● U-type cover plate conveyor chains comply with international standards such as ISO, ASME/ANSI, DIN, andJIS, and mainly include series like heavy-duty U-type cover plate conveyor chains, corrosion-resistant U-type cover plate conveyor chains, low-noise U-type cover plate conveyor chains, and high-temperature adaptable U-type cover plate conveyor chains, which can meet the application needs of material conveying scenarios requiring leakage prevention, material guiding, and structural protection;
● The chain frame is made of high-strength alloy steel, and the U-type cover plates are made of wear-resistant stainless steel (or reinforced engineering plastics). Combined with precision bending forming of cover plates, integral heat treatment of chain links, and seamless fitting between cover plates and chain body, the products feature excellent material guiding performance, strong leakage prevention, and high structural stability. The U-type groove structure can effectively prevent materials (such as powdery, granular, or liquid materials) from spilling during conveying, and the load-bearing capacity is more than 1.3 times the minimum rated load specified in ISO standards;
