● Rice harvester chains comply with international and domestic authoritative standards such as ISO, GB/T (China National Standard), ASME/ANSI, and JIS. They mainly include series like rice harvester conveying chains, rice harvester cutting unit chains, and rice harvester threshing transmission chains, which can meet the power transmission needs of different core processes in rice harvesting, such as conveying, cutting, and threshing;
● Made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy steel, the products undergo integral quenching and tempering treatment, precision punching of chain plates, roller surface hardening treatment, and anti-corrosion coating process. They feature super strong wear and corrosion resistance, high impact strength, and long-term fatigue resistance. Among these properties, the tensile strength is more than 1.3 times the minimum tensile strength specified in ISO standards, the fatigue strength is more than 1.25 times the minimum dynamic load strength specified in ISO standards, and the service life under muddy water immersion conditions is more than 60% longer than that of ordinary agricultural machinery chains;
● The products are widely used in equipment such as rice combine harvesters (e.g., feeding and conveying systems, header transmission components), rice semi-feeding harvesters (e.g., straw conveying chains, threshing drum transmission chains), and rice reapers (e.g., cutting mechanism transmission chains, walking auxiliary transmission components).
