Quality Management

I. Authoritative Quality Management System: Building a Standardized Quality Framework

Based on international standards, the company has established and continuously improved its quality management system, and has successively obtained ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and CE Safety Certification. This ensures that the entire process, from raw material procurement and manufacturing to finished product delivery, complies with international quality management norms. The system covers core links such as quality objective setting, process control, risk assessment, and continuous improvement. Through regular internal audits, management reviews, and third-party certification supervision, the effective operation of the system is guaranteed, laying a solid foundation for product quality.

II. Full-Process Quality Control: Covering the Entire Chain of "Source - Process - Finished Product - Service"

1. Source Quality Control: Access Management for Raw Materials and Parts

The company has established strict access standards for raw materials and parts. For core purchased materials such as alloy steel, it conducts dual testing of physical and chemical properties—including component analysis via spectrometers, microstructural observation using metallographic microscopes, and hardness testing with metallographic microhardness testers—to eliminate material defects at the source. For purchased parts, the same standard of testing is implemented to ensure all incoming materials meet production requirements.

2. In-Process Quality Control: Real-Time Process Monitoring and Intelligent Intervention

Adhering to the concept of "quality in every process", the company has introduced automated testing technologies throughout the chain production process:

  • Key quality characteristics such as chain link assembly accuracy, heat treatment temperature, and surface treatment effect are monitored in real time through mechanical testing, electronic sensor testing, and image testing.

  • Relying on the precise feeding, positioning, and pin-assembling processes of automatic chain-making machines, human operation errors are reduced.

  • In the heat treatment process, vacuum furnace and multi-purpose furnace assembly lines have replaced traditional mesh belt furnaces to achieve precise temperature control, ensuring stable quality in each process.

Meanwhile, a process quality traceability mechanism has been established. In case of abnormalities, quick positioning and intervention can be conducted to prevent non-conforming products from entering the next link.

3. Finished Product Quality Control: Comprehensive Testing and Compliance Verification

Finished chains can only leave the factory after passing multi-dimensional testing:

  • Tensile strength is tested by tensile testing machines, chain length accuracy is verified by chain length measuring instruments, and press-out force testing is conducted to ensure component assembly stability.

  • Wear testing machines and fatigue testing machines are used to simulate long-term usage scenarios and test reliability and service life.

  • Type tests are carried out for specific products to ensure compliance with international and national standards such as ISO, ANSI, BS, DIN, and JIS, meeting the quality requirements of customers in developed countries such as Europe, America, and Japan.

In addition, the newly developed thermal sensing identification technology can specifically test chain link clearances, avoiding jamming or loosening issues and further improving the reliability of finished products.

4. After-Sales Quality Service: Full-Lifecycle Quality Assurance

A comprehensive after-sales quality feedback and service system has been established:

  • Quality issues encountered by customers during use are collected in a timely manner, and a professional team analyzes the causes and provides solutions.

  • For problems caused by product quality, a return, replacement, and maintenance guarantee system is implemented.

  • Meanwhile, after-sales quality data is integrated into the quality management system, serving as an important basis for product optimization and process improvement, and realizing a closed-loop management of "sales - service - improvement".

III. Technical and Equipment Support: Providing Hardware Guarantee for Quality Management

The company has invested heavily in building first-class testing and production hardware facilities:

  • It owns more than 70 sets of advanced testing equipment, including tensile testing machines, wear testing machines, coordinate measuring machines, and spectrometers, covering the testing needs of raw materials, in-process, and finished product stages.

  • Seven metrological standard devices have been established, enabling independent verification and calibration of measuring instruments to ensure the accuracy of various measuring tools in production.

  • In terms of production equipment, advanced equipment such as automatic chain-making machines, vacuum furnace assembly lines, and shot blasting cleaning equipment has been introduced. Automation and intelligence are used to improve production precision and stability, providing solid hardware support for quality management.

IV. Quality Culture and Continuous Improvement: Driving Continuous Quality Upgrading

The concept of "quality first" has been integrated into the company's development strategy:

  • Through regular quality training, skill assessments, and quality competitions, the quality awareness of all employees is enhanced.

  • Technological R&D and process innovation are encouraged, and patented technologies (such as "A Special-Shaped Chain with High Service Strength" and "A Double-Row Free Roller Chain for Logistics Conveyance") are used to promote product quality upgrading.

  • A quality improvement mechanism has been established. Combining customer feedback, testing data, and changes in industry standards, regular quality reviews are conducted to identify weak links in quality management. Through process optimization, technological transformation (such as the upgrading of automatic process testing technology), and management process improvement, product quality and management standards are continuously enhanced, with the goal of creating "zero-defect" chain drive products.
