I. Authoritative Testing Qualifications: Laying the Foundation for Professional Testing

As an independent testing service department of the Group, the Testing Center has obtained two core qualifications: CMA (China Inspection Body and Laboratory Mandatory Approval) and CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) accreditation. It is a professional chain drive testing institution in the industry with a wide testing scope and comprehensive testing items. This ensures that all testing activities comply with national and international standards, and the test results are authoritative and credible.

II. Full-Chain Core Testing Fields: Covering the Entire Scenario of "Raw Materials - Parts - Finished Products - Metrology"

1. Testing of Basic Properties of Raw Materials and Parts

Focusing on quality control at the source of chain drive production, the center can conduct physical property testing (e.g., hardness, strength) and chemical property testing (e.g., composition analysis) of various raw materials and parts. This avoids material defects from the source and provides qualified basic materials for subsequent production.

2. Testing of Key Properties of Finished Chains

An all-round testing system has been established for the core quality indicators of finished chains:

  • Basic property testing: Includes tensile strength testing (to verify load-bearing capacity), chain length accuracy testing (to ensure transmission adaptability), and press-out force testing (to ensure assembly stability of components).

  • Reliability and service life testing: Through wear tests (simulating long-term use wear) and fatigue tests (testing durability under repeated stress), the long-term service performance of chains is verified.

  • Compliance testing: Capable of completing partial type tests to ensure products meet international and national standards such as ISO, ANSI, and BS, satisfying the compliance requirements of domestic and foreign customers.

3. Verification and Calibration of Measuring Instruments

Seven major metrological standard devices have been established, covering the metrological needs of the entire production process, and enabling independent verification and calibration of measuring instruments:

  • Temperature category: Verification devices for thermocouple temperature gauges and working base-metal thermocouples.

  • Dimension category: Verification devices for micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.

  • Pressure/weight category: Standard devices for precision pressure gauges and non-automatic weighing instruments.
This ensures the accuracy of various measuring tools in production and guarantees product quality from the measurement link.

III. Support from Advanced Testing Equipment: Hardware Advantages Built with Over 70 Sets of Equipment

The center currently has more than 70 sets of testing equipment, covering key performance testing and precision measurement fields. Core equipment includes:

  • Mechanical property testing equipment: 9 tensile testing machines (for tensile strength measurement), 8 wear testing machines, and 3 fatigue testing machines.

  • Dimensional accuracy testing equipment: 4 chain length measuring instruments, 1 coordinate measuring machine (for 3D precision measurement), 1 roughness tester, and 1 profile tester.

  • Material analysis equipment: 4 metallographic microscopes (for microstructural observation), 3 metallographic microhardness testers, and 1 spectrometer (for composition analysis).

  • Specialized testing equipment: CVT test bench (for testing in specific transmission scenarios), providing high-precision hardware support for various testing projects.

IV. Intelligent In-Process Quality Control: Enabling Real-Time Testing Within Processes

Continuous technological transformation is promoted, and automatic testing and intelligent judgment technologies are introduced into the production process. Through mechanical testing, electronic sensor testing, image testing, and other methods, real-time monitoring and intelligent judgment of major quality characteristic items during production are conducted. This avoids human testing errors, ensures stable and consistent quality of each process, and guarantees the quality of final products from the manufacturing link.

V. New Technological Breakthrough: Thermal Sensing Identification Technology Optimizes Chain Link Quality

The newly developed thermal sensing identification testing technology is specially used to test chain link clearances. By using thermal sensing equipment to capture the temperature field changes and clearance characteristics of chain links after assembly, it accurately judges whether the chain link fitting clearance is within a reasonable range. This effectively prevents jamming caused by excessively small clearances or loosening risks caused by excessively large clearances, further improving the assembly accuracy and service reliability of chains.
