● Galvanized chains comply with international universal standards such as ISO, ASME/ANSI, DIN, and JIS. They mainly include series like hot-dip galvanized roller chains, electro-galvanized roller chains, and high-corrosion-resistance galvanized roller chains, which can meet the application needs in environments with different humidity levels and corrosivity;
● High-quality low-carbon alloy steel is used as the base material. After precision processing and forming, the surface is treated by hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing processes, combined with passivation and sealing technology. The products feature super strong rust and corrosion resistance, good surface finish, and stable mechanical properties. Among these characteristics, the tensile strength is more than 1.1 times the minimum tensile strength specified in ISO standards, and the corrosion resistance duration in salt spray tests is more than 200% longer than that of ordinary chains;
● The products are widely used in fields such as food processing equipment (e.g., aquatic product processing lines, fruit and vegetable cleaning machines), outdoor conveying machinery (e.g., open-air material conveyors, sanitation waste treatment equipment), and agricultural irrigation machinery (e.g., farmland water pumps, greenhouse transmission systems). They can stably transmit power for mechanical equipment under humid, dusty, and corrosive working conditions, ensuring long-term effective operation of the equipment.
