● ZGS38 combine harvester chains comply with international and domestic authoritative standards such as ISO, GB/T (China National Standard), ASME/ANSI, and JIS. They mainly include series like ZGS38 heavy-duty combine harvester transmission chains, ZGS38 combine harvester high-load conveying chains, and ZGS38 combine harvester wear-resistant threshing chains, which can meet the power transmission needs of high-horsepower combine harvesters in high-intensity operation links such as harvesting, conveying, and threshing;
● Made of high-quality high-carbon alloy structural steel, the products undergo processes including integral carburizing and quenching, precision forging of chain plates, high-frequency hardening of rollers, and composite anti-rust coating. They feature ultra-high load-bearing capacity, extreme wear resistance and damage resistance, as well as strong anti-fatigue fracture performance. Among these properties, the tensile strength is more than 1.5 times the minimum tensile strength specified in ISO standards, the fatigue strength is more than 1.4 times the minimum dynamic load strength specified in ISO standards, and the service life under the working conditions of multi-crop mixed harvesting and long-term continuous operation is more than 80% longer than that of ordinary combine harvester chains;
